
Maria catered my daughter's 21st birthday party with ease and elegance.
Maria came to the house and "checked out" the kitchen
so she knew which cooking gear to bring with her on the day.
We discussed the menu and opted for a sit down dinner for 20. She
planned a three course meal that turned into around seven as there
was plenty of food and we all wanted to try each and every dish.
On the day Maria worked in my kitchen and chatted happily with the
family and even saved the meat scraps for the dog.
The night went extremely well. Plates of food appeared and disappeared
effortlessly and she topped it off with a cake to "die for".
At the end of the night I was left with only the last of the wine
glasses to wash up and a clean kitchen.
I would recommend her service to anyone who is having a function
of any kind either personal or business.

Dinner was delicious, consumed far too much but still had heaps
for left overs which was great! Having the last of our Scallopina
today. Thanks for forwarding my receipt and spending a great morning
learning some of my favourite dishes! Can't wait to give them a
go by myself!

I enjoyed your class so much and cant wait for the next one. I
have purchased some cooking pots, pans and a good wok so you should
be right to bring just yourself over next time.
I am still in survival mode at the moment. So I am wondering what
kind of meals I can cook for breakfast menus?
I loved the spontaneity of cooking the pesto for me. It was so
nice of you.
If you have any ideas of my breakfast query, otherwise I will
pick meals off the menu. There is so much I would like to learn
and I am thinking of going through the whole menu. A class each
week would be great.
In the mean time I will keep practicing.

Oh my god. The food was so good!!Everyone loved all of it. I didn't
even have to warm up the left over curry for dad, he at the risotto
and just took out the zucchini and mushrooms and loved the potato
dishes. The kids ate a bit of everything and i still have some left
over risotto for work today!I made potato croquettes after dinner
and they worked beautifully just coated in breadcrumbs. I was so
full I only ate 2 last nightI'm so excited to cook more but can't
imagine it tasting as good as last nights meal. I'll never be able
to eat bruschetta at a restaurant and have it taste as good as the
one we made yesterday.

Thanks so much for the pesto recipe! The party was great I made
home made pizza’s using the pesto and tomato sauces as the
bases and had the bread again which everyone loved.

Thank you so much for not only sharing so much about cooking with
us but also providing us with the most delicious dinner. The Tiramisu
was divine - and Bryan and I have the leftovers! Can’t wait
for coffee this morning!! Paul and Dee shared the veal and ravioli
leftovers, both were making claims for today’s lunch. You
are firstly, a superb chef, all those years in your Dad’s
kitchen are much appreciated by those of us lucky enough to experience
your food. Also you are very professional in what you do, it was
so easy to have you at our place. We will certainly speak highly
of the experience and hope that the concept becomes a great success.
